Lawmakers voted to provide scholarships and increased educational opportunities to children with special needs.

Study Finds Hormone-infused Nasal Spray May Help People With Autism


A small double-blind clinical study, involving 13 adults with either a high-functioning form of autism or Asperger Syndrome, found that Oxytocin when inhaled by a nasal spray, could positively affect social behavior.
