Autism and the Administrator
This research study will focus on the interaction of school administrators with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. The project is being conducted by a graduate student pursuing a masters degree in Educational Leadership. Responses will aid the researcher in presenting a research paper with a focus on what schools are and are not doing in accommodating ASD students and their families.
The survey is for parents of students with ASD living in Oklahoma. All responses are anonymous, and you will not be asked for personal identification information. Respondents do so with the knowledge that the researcher will analyze and disseminate responses within the context of the research paper.

Oklahoma Diversity Project: Exploring Ethnicity and Parental Perspectives in Autism Intervention
A research study is being conducted through the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Information collected wil assist the researchers in understanding how cultural diversity influences the effectiveness of intervention for children on the autism spectrum. All responses are confidential. By responding, you agree to allow the researchers to use your responses in ongoing data analysis.
Please note: This survey is for families living in the state of Oklahoma. Please do not respond if you do not live in Oklahoma. Also, there is a chance that you completed this survey on paper during a conference, parent support group meeting, or through the mail during Summer 2009. If you did, please do not complete this survey.
