Melinda Lauffenburger

Melinda Lauffenburger is a principal owner of Trinity Management Group, LLC since 1998. Trinity Management Group (TMG) provides senior management personnel for leadership development, process design, project management and technology planning for businesses. Melinda has provided consulting services for both national and local businesses as well as non-profit organizations.
Prior to working with TMG, Melinda was employed as a consultant by ALLTEL Information Services, Little Rock and Hewlett Packard as an Executive Sales Manager. Melinda has 20 years experience as a senior manager and executive consultant. Melinda obtained her Master's degree in 1982 from Oklahoma State University in Business Administration.
In 2002, Melinda and another parent started a parent support group in Edmond, Edmond Family Center for Autism. This group grew from two families to 350 in less than 5 years. Melinda later helped to form OFCA, the Oklahoma Family Center for Autism, to support parent-led organizations throughout the state in their quest to serve families. Her hope is that more Oklahomans can preserve their families and access the supports needed for their children.
Melinda spends much of her time with her family--her husband, Dean and two daughters, Joy and Sarah. She has served on several non-profit boards and enjoys working with teams to develop creative projects. Melinda enjoys playing the piano and leading a women's bible study group. She is a volunteer consultant for church leadership and serves with the autism support community.

Rene' is the director of the Oklahoma Autism Network at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She has been with the Department of Rehabilitation Science since 1999 where she has taught in the professional and post-professional occupational therapy and physical therapy programs. Rene' has worked with families and their children with disabilities, including autism since 1993 through early intervention, school-based services, and in clinical settings. She has provided training and technical assistance for providers who support children with autism and their families in early intervention, educational, and community settings.
Kent Gardner

Kent W. Gardner is an associate in the Oklahoma City law firm of Hartzog Conger Cason & Neville. Mr. Gardner's practice has emphasis in the areas of estate planning, trusts, probate and estates, tax controversies and business transactions. Mr. Gardner graduated Summa Cum Laude from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics where he was selected as a Harry S. Truman Scholar. Mr. Gardner also graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma with a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Gardner is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of both the American and Oklahoma Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council. Mr. Gardner is currently serving as the Secretary of the Probate, Trust and Estate Planning Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and as a member of the Oklahoma 4-H Foundation Board of Directors.
John L. Cooper
CEO, Consumer Credit Counseling of Central Oklahoma
John Cooper is President and CEO of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Central Oklahoma, Inc. CCCS provides consumers with financial counseling, housing counseling, debt repayment plans to individuals experiencing financial stress. CCCS also provides financial literacy education to individuals and students throughout central Oklahoma.
John previously co-owned a management consulting business specializing in developing effective management systems while empowering leaders. John also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Advanced Financial Systems, Oklahoma City. John has 20 years banking experience both as a senior manager and a bank consultant on a national level. John was employed with ALLTEL Information Services, Little Rock, ALLTEL where he served as a consultant to many of ALLTEL's bank clients.
John obtained his bachelor's degree from Southern Nazarene University in Organizational Leadership and he graduated from two bank management schools: the School for Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin and the Business School of Banking at the University of Oklahoma. John donates his time providing leadership consulting and counseling with area church leaders. For 20 years John has served on a variety of non-profit boards. He also enjoys playing racquetball. John has been married for 36 years to his wife Janny. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Dee is a regular trainer for the Oklahoma Autism Network at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center as well as Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Science. She has taught in the post-professional rehabilitation therapy programs for the past five years. Dee has an eighteen year old son with autism, and has been an advocate in the field for the past fifteen years. She has been a trainer through Special Education Teacher Registry for over 10 years and is a regular speaker/trainer around the state. She is also the Executive Director of Youth & Family Services.
